Saturiba - A war chief of the Timucua tribe, at one time numbering some thirteen thousand, who fought the Spanish in Florida in the sixteenth century.  The tribe has long since disappeared.  But Saturiba has lived in history for the dramatic speech he made to a war party just before it set out.  Flinging water into the air, he said "As I have done with this water so I pray that you do with the blood of your enemies."
